Chappati (Roti) Indian Flat Bread

Mix 120 grams of Sartaj Flour with 75ml of water to form a soft dough. Let the dough sit for 10 minutes. Separate the dough into 4 equal parts and roll out into a circular shape. Cook both sides on a thava (frying pan). Lightly butter and enjoy! This recipe allows for 4 servings.
