Chickpea Flour Cookies

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine Sartaj Chickpea flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl mix the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Use a tablespoon to place batter on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until dark brown. Enjoy!
