Chickpea Flour Cookies
- 2 cups Sartaj Chickpea Flour
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine Sartaj Chickpea flour,
baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl mix the butter,
sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Use a tablespoon to place batter on
a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until dark brown.
