Whole Grain Wheat Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Sartaj Flour
- 1 1/4 cups oats
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine
Whole Wheat Sartaj Flour, oats, baking soda, salt,
cinnamon and nutmeg. In a separate bowl, cream butter
and sugar. Add eggs and milk. Mix.
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
Add raisins and nuts. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Enjoy!
