Corn Bread Cookies
- 1/2 cup Whole Grain Sartaj Flour Corn Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Tecumseh White Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix butter and sugar.
Add egg and mix well. Add the Sartaj Flour Corn flour and
Sartaj Flour White Wheat Flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
Mix well. Enjoy!
